EARTH: THE ROOTING
The root is the physical expression of 'acceptance of reality.
BIOVOCE METHOD:
Biovoce offers an opening for oneself and others through the work of the voice, which involves all dimensions of being: physical, emotional, energy, mental, spiritual and relational in respectful and true perspective.
The opening of the voice thus becomes a living metaphor of the opening of Being.
Through exercises accessible and applicable to all every day, Biovoce helps us to release tension of various kinds and restore a good flow of energy.
Result? An increase of vitality, a better listening to Themselves and Others, un'incremento sense of confidence in the ability to speak and communicate, a sense of inner peace.
The course often takes the appearance of a game, so that we avoid the pitfalls of our minds too rigid or criticism.
Biovoce draws on research and approaches of Wilhelm Reich (father of psychosomatic therapy with Lowen, Gerda Boyesen, Pierrakos, Jerome Liss, Jack Painter and many others ...), Fritz Perls (Gestalt by promoting dialogue between different parts of himself) and Milton Erickson.
