Walk Sunday, October 3 at Grol


Hello, you have kept clear for Sunday, October 3? Well we were invited by the group runners to participate in the walk Castiglione Grol (see flyer enclosed), we have decided to participate because the course is very nice, and efficiently organized. Please read the leaflet that explained everything. The only difference that concerns us is the walkers start time: 8 HOUR MEETING

at the sports V. Grol
Bignotti in place before departure (along route) 8:15 am
Second start (for those who want to do the short course) 8:30 am

The walk on Sunday afternoon retrieves another Sunday to follow, do not worry!

Appreciated as always a sign of response, either positive or negative ....

Short Introductory lecture to the technique of Nordic Walking
by the Italian School Instructor Nordic Walking
10:30 am LIGHT WALK morning that unfold between the lake and hinterland
12:30 am Arrival at FARM "Mirabelle"
Mirabello in city, 1 in Desenzano (behind the train station) where he held the LUNCH
of SOLIDARITY
LIGHT WALK afternoon at 15:00, arriving at the Port of REVOLVERS BEACH

at 17:30 final farewell between the participants

Contribution required: 15 € per person

Comprehensive Technical Guide by instructors of the Italian School Nordic Walking - pole rental - Packed Solidarity
