August surprise ... walk ... Nordic Walking in
E 'was a surprise visit from August to Michael Castaldi, friend and colleague Instructor Nordic Walking Paderno d'Adda (Lecco).
Accompanied by his wife Adriana, the daughter Arianna and inseparable "dog" Flikka and surrounded by a merry band of friends, with Claudio and Anna, Rinaldo and Fiorella, Mauritius and Ivonne, Michael walked into his appointment of Desenzano just right for a nice drink in the lake.
Then, all by Matthew and family, a good meal ... ferragostana to La Scalera.
After lunch, the trunk of the car of Adrian, have appeared, surprisingly, Nordic poles for all ....
taken aback, but not at all shy, and although unusual, and unusual clothing for Nordic walking (heel sandals were flaunted even 12!), We walked through the beautiful lake view balconies of Barcuzzi. ... Quickly disposing of excess calories ....
returned from walking abundant ... platters of cold cuts and cheese bread ... we were waiting on a farm. ... before you go to enjoy the fireworks of the magical Enchanted Night program in Desenzano on the lake.
Once the sticks have been shown to be adaptable for any eventuality ... and to always mix friendship, prosperity, and good food ... simple things. SOTA!

At this point the teacher Marco Caliari of Verona, our host, gave us 15 minutes of break energy with a masterly demonstration of Longevity Exercises, which instructor is certified.
On the descent we did stay in the home of Stephanie Mills ... an extraordinary character that possesses qualities of the art of dowsing ... with a simple wooden fork can locate sources of water.

... we came back to Piazza Vantini where the diplomas were awarded to walkers who have successfully attended the courses.
